Reiki Master Three & Teacher
The latter stages of Wellbeing Arc Collectiveโs Usui Reiki study are divided into two levels, Reiki Master Level Three and Reiki Master Teacher. Please read below to find a detailed overview of our course content.
Usui Reiki Master Level Three
Usui Reiki Master Level Three caters for those who are ready to transform within their personal spiritual path and discover invaluable professional practices. This journey allows the learner to powerfully expand within and deepen their intuitive channel through a sacred attunement, a process passed from a Reiki Master Teacher to a student in person. Whatever your intention may be, whether personal or professional, Meredith is passionate about utilising her intuitive guidance to support each student in aligning with their unique intention.
Reiki Master students will come to:
Revise the processes required to clear negative energy in physical spaces.
Receive three powerful and sacred Reiki Master symbols to enrich your clientโs treatment and empower your own spiritual expansion.
Be guided through a specially designed meditation journey and receive an attunement, enabling you to further expand your intuitive channel and psychic abilities.
Develop a deeper understanding of energy by exploring the Chakra System and Meridians.
Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the aura and its layers to bring greater harmony to ones-self or a clientโs energetic and emotional body.
Explore and develop a clear understanding of Colour Therapy and its uses.
Engage in practical activities to safely connect with Spiritual Guides and Angelic Guardians.
Explore crystals, herbs and aromatherapy to aid a healing treatment.
Be supported by Meredith, an experienced meditation teacher, to learn effective techniques to centre a client. As a practitioner, a nurturing opening meditation in a session has the capability to enrich the clientโs experience, promote nervous system regulation, relax the mind and support the depth of their healing. With support, you will create a series of your own unique guided meditation scripts that can be utilised in the treatments you provide.
Engage in a powerful process to clear self-sabotaging behaviours and triggers. You will discover how to transform these triggers from self-limiting belief systems to self-supporting experiences.
Cultivate professional communication skills, including Non-Violent Communication and counselling techniques to utilise with your clients.
Attain supportive tools and activities to enhance your personal meditation practice and ability to live with greater self-awareness.
Complete five case studies to consolidate taught concepts and enhance your practice.
Be a part of a small group engaging in discussion, meditation, reflection and practical application of taught skills.
Our Reiki Master Level Three course, program and comprehensive student workbook has been submitted, reviewed and approved by the International Institute of Complimentary Therapies (IICT). This is an international regulatory body for complementary therapies.
Course includes:
An accredited Level Three course certificate upon completion of twelve hours of training
Ongoing support through Arc Academy
A detailed course workbook to support your Reiki practice

Prerequisite: Three months between Level Two and Reiki Master Level Three. Please book at least ten days in advance to allow sufficient time to complete a Self-Alignment process. This is a series of gentle meditation exercises that will enable your energetic body to prepare for this level of study. Upon booking, we will send you a welcome email that contains the link for this powerful exercise.
Course Structure: To best support each studentโs unique intention and expansion, we keep our class sizes small. Please allow for an additional complimentary mentoring session with Meredith post-workshop to discuss your case studies.

A journey of harnessing your unique embodiment of Reiki in addition to gaining the skills to facilitate & deepen your healing practice.
At Arc Academy, weโve come to observe that each student brings their own embodiment of Reiki. Meredith provides individualised intuitive support for each Reiki Master Teacher to align them with their unique offering in addition to sharing her teaching expertise through our Reiki Masterclasses.
Through twelve modules of study, you will:
Be supported to uncover and nurture your unique offering for Reiki and observe new healing techniques from an experienced Reiki Master Teacher.
Engage and learn about powerful techniques to enhance your growth and personal expansion.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Emotional Discovery healing process. Have you ever felt that there is a reaction or pattern that you have run over and over in your life that you would love to understand better? The Emotional Discovery Technique allows a Reiki Master Teacher to release a clientโs emotional blockages, which may be the root of dis-ease within the body.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Past Life healing process. Our emotional and energetic blocks can also be passed from our parents and ancestors. The Past Life Regression Technique allows emotional traits that have been stored from ancestral or past life cords to be releasedโrecreating a new path for the next generation.
Complete Emotional and Past Life case studies, using your reflection to enhance your Reiki practice.
Discover the sacred processes used to attune students for Reiki Level One, Reiki Level Two, Reiki Level Three Masters and Reiki Master Teacher in addition to gaining access to all digital Wellbeing Arc Reiki course workbooks to rebrand as your own.
Attain specially designed teaching templates to support you facilitating Reiki workshops. These templates include facilitator talking scripts, questioning and reflecting tasks for students, workshop timing, and practical activities for guiding students.
Enhance your ability to use your Clairs (intuitive abilities) to channel both for client sessions and guided meditations. You will be supported to professionally facilitate guided meditations that can be utilised in a Reiki workshop and during an attunement process.
Explore effective templates and forms for clients, in addition to Disclosure Agreements, supporting you in providing a professional container for your offerings.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of professional standards set by Australian Reiki Associations which ensure the integrity of Reiki is maintained.
Enhance your understanding of trauma, including the causes, different types, physiological and physical symptoms and how to utilise Reiki to best support a client who may have experienced trauma.
Be supported by a Reiki Master with fifteen years of teaching and education experience. You will have the opportunity to engage in Reiki Masterclasses supporting you to develop strong facilitation, communication and professional attributes. A bonus module is also included, focusing on magnetising soul-aligned clients.
Gain foundational tools and tips for establishing your unique offering or Reiki business.
Be a part of a small group engaging in discussion, meditation, reflection and practical application of taught skills.
Course Structure
This mentorship is comprised of three six-hour face-to-face training days and also includes two additional mentoring sessions with Meredith. Sheโs passionate about providing you with all of the professional and personal expertise required in this sacred role of a Reiki Master Teacher. This mentor sessions will be approximately one month after the workshop, to discuss your client studies and for her to observe you giving attunements to a student. This course is for men and women.
