1.1 These are the Terms and Conditions of Wellbeing Arc Collective. Should you continue to use this website or engage in a transaction with us, you agree to comply and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use, our Disclosure statement (provided within our intake form), together with our Privacy Policy.

This guide relates to our workshops, one-on-one treatments, corporate workplace programs, small group workshops, and training for adults and children. 

Please read these conditions carefully, as they apply to all transactions between the proprietor and the client. If you have any questions or concerns about our conditions or Website or any purchase you make, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@wellbeingarc.co.

1.2 Purchase Confirmation

Please note that when you book a session/class/program/workshop through our website, an agreement is formed once we process and accept your order and send you a confirmation. This confirmation will usually come in two forms, a) a booking confirmation through our booking system and b) in most cases, a personalised email welcoming you to the service or workshop. 

1.3 Events Beyond Control

Sometimes, extraordinary events and circumstances can occur that are beyond our control. This could include fires, floods, extreme weather events, facilitator illness or injury, or strikes). If a circumstance occurs that we cannot control, affecting our ability to deliver a purchased service, you release us from any obligation to provide this service whilst the circumstance prevails. If significant delay is foreseeable, we will be in contact as soon as possible to find a feasible solution.

1.4 Payment

Wellbeing Arc Collective currently accepts payments by Credit Card and PayPal. You agree to pay in full the price listed for a given service on our website. Any breach of a full payment, inclusive of paying payment plans on time,  will entitle us to terminate this agreement immediately. If a request for payment is returned or denied by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you’ll be liable for any associated costs incurred by us (inc banking fees and charges). We may also immediately stop delivery of any unpaid goods for unless and until we receive your payment in full.

In making a payment, you acknowledge that Third-Party providers are included. You warrant that you have read and agree to the terms of your third-party provider found via their website. This could include PayPal or a credit card merchant. You understand that these services are provided by third parties and are made available to you on our website for convenience only. We’re not responsible for any issues, loss or damage arising from those facilities. Should a problem arise with your third-party provider whilst on our website, you agree to contact them directly.

You agree to and acknowledge that we may vary our prices from time to time to time. In the event of a price change, we will post the updated price via our website.

1. 5 Advice and Information

Our workshops, treatments and seminars are for general use and guidance, and should not constitute or be a substitute for professional or medical advice. You should seek appropriate professional or medical advice if necessary. We give this guidance to you in good faith, believing it to be true, accurate, appropriate and reliable at the time. We won’t accept any liability or responsibility (including liability for negligence) for any loss suffered because of your or any other person’s reliance on information or advice we provide on our website or programs unless otherwise required by law.

2 Cancellation & Refund

2.1 Meditation, mindfulness and Reiki are personal practices where the participant is at the forefront of their learning. Our programs and one one-on-one sessions provide a space for clients to explore their unique journey whilst learning new tolls for their wellbeing. Wellbeing Arc Collective is confident you will find the practices, services and programs required to feel greater empowerment and that allow for self-discovery.

2.2 Feedback

If you would like to provide feedback to us, or you are not happy with the services provided, please email info@wellbeingarc.co as soon as possible to arrange a suitable remedy. Please note that any faults found in a service need to be communicated with us within 48 hours of receiving the service.

2.3 Choose Carefully

Please choose your services carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

2.4 Refund Conditions

  • Workshops – If Wellbeing Arc Collective cancels a workshop or treatment due to extenuating circumstances, we will first aim to reschedule your booking as soon as possible. In the event that this isn’t possible, we will issue a full refund.

  • If the client needs to reschedule a workshop, presentation or class:

    a) Cancellations made four or more weeks prior to a booked workshop date will receive a full refund.

    b) Cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to a booked workshop date will be refunded 50% of the full workshop cost*.

    c) Cancellations made within two weeks of a booked workshop date will not receive a refund.

    - Where possible, we will first aim to provide every effort to reschedule your booking with four weeks' notice. No refund applies once sessions are attended. 

  • Treatments- If the client needs to cancel a treatment:

    a) Cancellations made one or more weeks prior to a booked treatment date will receive a full refund*.

    b) Cancellations made 72 hours prior to a booked treatment date will be refunded 50% of the full treatment cost.

    c) Cancellations made within 71 hours of a booked treatment date will not receive a refund.

    - Where possible, we will first aim to provide every effort to reschedule your booking with one week’s notice. No refund applies once sessions are attended. 

  • Programs and Immersions- If a client has booked a Six Week Program, and they have pre-booked sessions and they decide coaching or mentoring is not for them prior to their first session, a full refund applies provided more than one week’s notice is provided before the start date. No refund applies if they cancel with less than 7 days notice. Regardless, an administration fee of $160 will be charged for the creation and design of the client’s individual program. 

3 Intellectual property

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights owned by us or to which we are entitled before and after this agreement will remain our sole property. We do not give permission to transfer ownership of our intellectual property rights to another.

3.1 Licensing of our Website

This website contains material that is licensed and or owned by Wellbeng Arc Collective, including written content, graphics, course content, logos, images, videos, code, design elements,  and interactive features. All of the mentioned features are protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and through international treaties. 

3.2 Rights Reserved

Unless we say otherwise, all rights (including copyright) in the website are owned or controlled by us and are reserved by Wellbeing Arc Collective.

3.3 Reproduction of Website Content Terms

Any reproduction of the website or website content is prohibited other than in accordance with these terms. If you would like to share our website or social media content that’s freely available for re-use or is in the public domain, you are permitted to do so, as long as you attribute the name to us and provide a link back to our website. Please contact us if you’d like to share, re-publish or otherwise use our website or content in a way that you aren’t expressly authorised to so. 


3.4 Copyright

Copyright is a form of intellectual property that protects the original expression of ideas. It enables creators to manage how their content is used. Copyright under Australian law; specific forms of expression, such as text, images and music, are automatically covered by copyright under the Copyright Act. You’re not permitted to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with our website, including any material or content displayed on the website. Unauthorised use of this website may be a criminal offence and/or give rise to a claim for damages.

Our written programs are covered by the Copyright Act. They are not to be duplicated, adapted, broadcast, changed, or shared in the public domain. Unauthorised use of our written programs is a criminal offence.
