Awakening the Compassionate Heart

Karuna calls forward the motivating quality of enlightened beings who are working to bring end to the suffering on Earth. The word Karuna means to diminish the suffering of others or “compassionate action.” 

Karuna Healing utilises sacred symbology, chanting and the vibration of the voice as a wave and carrier for Karuna energy. It is through sound that the healing frequencies can penetrate more deeply on a cellular level within the physical body.  

With the activation of Karuna, one can quicken their inward expansion, the frequency of their heart, and help to bring healing to the collective.

Intuitive Exploration

The Karuna system of Reiki was developed by William L. Rand. Wellbeing Arc Collective lineage, named Karuna Healing, varies from its original source due to its course content and dynamic structure. This immersive training provides the space for students to open to their soul purpose and path, to uncover a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all living things whilst opening to a greater frequency of compassion through an experiential based curriculum. 

Built on three pillars of learning, students will be supported to uncover their unique embodiment of Karuna Healing.

The Three Pillars

  • Experiential Discovery

    The knowledge and learning attained through Karuna Healing training is assimilated in a means that is not solely derived from the mental thinking body. Karuna Healing is a living and evolving energy and this is reflected in its delivery and content.

    Karuna Healing training is an experiential curriculum that places importance on the intuitive senses and exploration. Students will be supported to explore the frequency of the Karuna symbology through their intuitive channel and their ability to see, feel and sense beyond the physical. It is through experience that the individual may uncover how this beautiful energy wishes to support them in their unique path.

  • Listening to the Whispers of the Universe

    When one lives in coherence with their heart they have the opportunity to live a life in greater harmony with the Universe.

    The frequency of Karuna Healing requires deep listening as it isn’t an energy that can be found outside of oneself, it is a journey of unlocking, reactivating and remembering.

    With the support of beautifully guided meditations, spaciousness and practical exploration, participants will be provided a nurturing space to listen to their innate wisdom.

  • Collective Light

    We are more powerful together. An important component of Karuna Healing is cultivating collective light and holding space for others through group healing and meditation.

    With gentle support and unified intention, each participant will be invited to activate their inner light and the frequency of Karuna to support their own healing, the expansion of others and the planet.

KARUNA LEVEL ONE & TWO TRAINING

Karuna Healing training is comprised of two parts. In the first increment of study, a student learns Level One and Two concurrently over a two day workshop. The second increment of study is Karuna Masters.

Karuna Healing Level One DAY 1

‘Deepen the Healing Process’

This foundational level of study allows the practitioner to become a physical carrier for the wave of Karuna Healing. Karuna Healing Level One, day one of the training, allows the student to:

  • Develop an understanding of the philosophy and history of Karuna

  • Uncover a deeper understanding of the Pillars of Karuna Healing

  • Embark on a journey of self-discovery through a supportive environment and an experiential curriculum

  • Observe practical demonstrations from an experienced facilitator and receive personalised support in a nurturing environment

  • Be a part of an intimate group and engage in healing swaps to release personal barriers, blockages and patterns that may be preventing personal expansion 

  • Immerse in a gentle activation and attunement to attain four sacred Karuna symbols. Passed from a Karuna Master Teacher, this process will enable you to use and activate Karuna from within

  • Develop an understanding of chanting with symbols and vibrational toning and how these practices can enhance your self-healing and meditation practice

  • Create a sacred space for reflective journaling based on taught skills and explorations

  • Be a part of a community engaging in discussion, observation, reflection and practical application of taught skills

Karuna Healing Level Two DAY 2

‘Connect with the Multiverse’

In addition to the symbols taught in Level One, you will learn four new symbols (for a total of eight from both levels) and one more attunement. Karuna Healing Level Two, day two of the training, allows the student to: 

  • Have the space to integrate taught concepts from Level One and engage in reflective discussion to assimilate prior learning

  • Connect with multi-dimensional light beings to support you in this powerful healing system

  • Learn how to up-level your intuitive abilities

  • Discover how meditation can assist in expanding your consciousness 

  • Channel the Karuna Healing to deepen your sense of oneness and connection to all living things on the Earth

  • Receive four new powerful symbols to add to your Reiki healing toolbox​

  • Explore an array of techniques to implement and incorporate Karuna Healing into a treatment or a guided session for a client

  • Create a sacred space for reflective journaling based on taught skills and explorations

  • Be a part of a community engaging in practical explorations, discussion, reflection and beautifully guided meditations.

Karuna Level One & Two training includes:

  • A course certificate for Level One & Two upon completion of 10 hours of training

  • A student course manual to support your Karuna Healing practice

  • Vegan lunch and snacks served with Australian-made tea

Course Structure:

This course is comprised of two days of study, 9.30-2.30 pm each day, tailored to make up the required 10 hours for the Australian Reiki Association. 

Prerequisite: This course is available anytime after Usui Reiki Two. All lineages are welcome to attend this course, please email info@wellbeingarc.co to discuss your prior learning and prepare for Karuna Healing training.

KARUNA MASTER TRAINING

Help Earth Ascend Collectively

In addition to the symbols taught in Level One & Two the participant will obtain three sacred master symbols and the processes to facilitate and teach Karuna Healing. 

Karuna Healing Master training allows the student to: 

  • Have the space to integrate taught concepts from Level One & Two and engage in reflective discussion to assimilate prior learning

  • Engage in an experiential curriculum to uncover authentic meaning and your unique embodiment of Karuna Healing

  • Receive an attunement to align your energetic system, chakras and aura and obtain three sacred Karuna Master symbols. These symbols can be used to support others in feeling a connection of oneness from separation and can be used to support the recipient’s connection to Mother Earth, the celestial realms and their spiritual purpose

  • Activate the heart chakra on a deeper level and explore practices for powerful group healing 

  • Create a sacred space for reflective journaling and channeling to intuit transformative guided meditations for a client treatment or group meditation gathering 

  • Build a strong connection to multi-dimensional beings, Archangels, Ascended Masters and keepers of the light to support your unique expression of this modality

  • Learn how to utilise your intuitive abilities to astral travel 

  • Become a facilitator of Karuna, uncovering receptive mudras and breathing techniques to powerfully enhance the attunement process.

Karuna Masters training includes:

  • A Karuna Healing course certificate upon completion of 10 hours of training

  • A student course manual to support your Karuna Healing practice and facilitation

  • Vegan lunch and snacks served with Australian-made tea
