We’re passionate about supporting men and women to step into the most empowered version of who they are. Our role is to create a nurturing environment to come back to a sense of balance, and clarity through practical tools of meditation, visualisation, energetic healing and becoming deeply grounded in the body. Meredith is an experienced Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Seichim Master and intuitive who offers three treatments, Reiki and Seichim, Emotional Alignment or Past Life Alignment. Each treatment is available both in person and online.

Reiki and Seichim

When we feel tired, energetically depleted, worried, stressed, anxious, or we have a series of ruminating thoughts circling in our minds, receiving a loving and nurturing energetic treatment can support us in reconnecting back to our essence and we can come to find clarity. A Reiki and Seichim Treatment is all about receiving, restoring your nervous system and soothing your entire being. Supporting you to come back to your centre so you can move through life with greater ease, flow and self-compassion.

What is Reiki?

The primary purpose of Reiki healing is to allow energy to flow freely through your body, aligning the body’s energy centres, known as Chakras. One hour of Reiki treatment is the physiological equivalent of three to four hours of sleep.

Usui Reiki aims to improve health and enhance our quality of life. It treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many beneficial effects, including relaxation and feelings of peace, love, security and wellbeing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

What is Seichim?

Seichim Reiki (from the Egyptian word Sekhem) translates into English as "The Power of Powers". Seichim is a different type of Reiki and is focused on the Heart Chakra. It is most beneficial for working with emotional and mental levels or concerns; it is a powerful yet soft complement to Usui Reiki.

An American Reiki Master/Teacher, Patrick Zeigler, rediscovered Seichim in the early 1980s. This modality is associated with the Divine Feminine. This soft and feminine energy is one of our favourite energies to work with.

What to Expect: This treatment is all about receiving complete relaxation and recuperation. Whether receiving your treatment in person or online, Meredith will commence the session by supporting you to anchor an intention for your session. She will then begin to channel a specially designed meditation journey for you to cultivate relaxation, calm and presence.

With the aid of her intuitive channel and your unique intention, Meredith will begin to utilise Reiki energy and the Divine Feminine modality Seichim to realign your energy and balance any blockages that may be present within the body.

Meredith will share any intuitive guidance with you whilst working to ensure your energy system flows freely.

FAQs

All of our Arc Treatments provide a safe and nurturing space for all ability levels. Although we may engage in meditation, you will be supported and guided every step of the way. Shortly after booking your initial treatment, we will forward you a welcome email that contains the link to an intake form. Meredith will use this form, in addition to intuitive guidance, to anchor the focus for your session.
You are most welcome to pick the treatment that resonates for you. However, if this is your first time, you may like to choose Reiki and Seichim; it can be a great starting point. Upon arrival to your treatment, Meredith will guide you to anchor your intention, and this process supports the direction of your session.
Yes, you’re welcome to book a casual treatment or a package. Consecutive sessions can allow for a transformative co-creation and positive shifts in one’s wellbeing. We provide a packaged program titled, Activating Alignment. With the aid of your intention, Meredith will cultivate a specialised program that extends over six weeks. This program may include one treatment type or a variety of our treatments.
It is important to support your wellbeing as you integrate after the treatment. Please allow at least three days to give yourself nurturing care and gentle spaces to integrate after your treatment. Meredith will transcribe any intuitive notes from your session and forward them to you within 48 hours. Meredith will also check in with you after the treatment.
There are sacred processes that Meredith will utilise, from both the Reiki and Seichim modality, that enable a healing to be completed via distance. The benefits, sensations and experiences will be the same; however, the session can be delivered from the comfort of your own home.
