This treatment serves as a potent catalyst for transformation, awakening, and liberation from self-limiting beliefs, patterns or emotions that may be preventing your expansion and capacity to live vibrantly.
We haven’t always been taught how to gently tend to our inner landscape. Alchemy provides a safe space and gentle support to discover somatic practices to nurture emotions, giving them spaciousness to transmute on a deep, cellular level. The guided meditation technique used in Alchemy provides you with a powerful catalyst to open to new pathways of being and concretises greater wholeness and self-love within.
You may wish to explore a particular incident that has occurred in your life, an illness or a recurring unwanted pattern. In this session, you will be guided to gently observe and alchemise emotional impressions, acknowledging the emotion for 10-20 seconds before it is released. After gently tending to your emotional landscape, new pathways will become visible, allowing you to look into the future and your journey ahead.
A powerful co-creation, enabling you to lovingly tend to your inner landscape, opening you to greater empowerment and inner freedom - the art of Alchemy.
The Path
Each treatment option provides a pathway for your soul’s expansion. You may like to express interest in particular treatment types for your journey. Meredith will weave your intention and her intuitive channel to create a heart-centred curriculum for you.
Treatments are available in person or online. Please allow 1 hour and 45 minutes for your treatment.
To commence each session, Meredith will guide you to anchor an intention before channelling an intuitively guided meditation to support your healing and capacity to receive guidance from a deeper part of your knowing.
Each session includes transcribed notes of the healing completed, which will be shared with you approximately 48 hours after the session.
Meredith may provide invitations and home activities to support your expansion after the treatment.
You are invited to create a soft space to rest after your treatment, eat nourishing food if you can, and drink plenty of water.
